The Head of Operations will assist the Senior General Manager in the following:
Responsible for quality assurance, efficient operations and effective delivery of MY World Child Care programmes and services in accordance with legal requirements and the Company's goals and philosophy. Provide leadership to Operations Managers and Principals in long-term planning, development, delivery and operations of programmes, services and projects. Provide leadership to Curriculum Team in ensuring the development and maintenance of high quality curriculum content. Maintains regular contact with the ECDA / MOE and other relevant agencies with regard to standards and other pertinent issues, disseminating information regarding relevant standards or policy changes.
The Cluster Manager is responsible for the efficient operations and effective delivery of MY World Child Care services in accordance with legal requirements and the Association's goals and philosophy. The Cluster Manager works with Principals to ensure that all SOPs are clearly communicated and implemented at all centres. The Cluster Manager provides leadership to Principals in long-term planning, development, delivery and operations of the preschool programmes and projects. The Cluster Manager works with the Curriculum Specialists, Principals and Educators in reviewing and assessing internally and externally produced preschool curriculum framework and resources for effective implementation. The Cluster Manager maintains regular contact with the ECDA / MOE and other relevant agencies with regard to standards and other pertinent issues, disseminating information regarding relevant standards or policy changes.
Plans, develops and implements strategies for HR management and development including but not limited to learning & development, performance appraisal and compensation and benefits. Establishes and maintains appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development.
Monitors, measures and reports on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales.
Supports in staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, conducting and administrating disciplinary procedures.
Liaises with other Division Heads so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements. Maintains awareness and knowledge of latest HR development methods and provide suitable interpretation to staff within the organization. Ensures activities meet with and integrate with organsational requirement for quality management, health and safety, legal requirements. Environmental policies and general duty of care. Develops and maintains healthy relation with government and non-government organisations for better and effective operations of the organisation. Plans for employees' performance appraisal; develops tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development. Plans and directs learning and development of employees including Senior Management staff. Maintains contact with outside resources for training. Defines a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation package that fits and is aligned to company's strategy and business goals. Participates in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits. Any other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

The Corporate & Marketing Communications Executive is responsible for the coordination and execution of all marketing and communications activities, such as media relations, collateral production, advertising and promotional programmes and all efforts required to effectively represent the company and events. He/She is responsible for staying up to date on industry trends, and do market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. He/She should be self-motivated with a positive and professional.
The Curriculum Specialist will assist the Senior General Manager in ensuring responsibility for the over-all planning, designing, research, and development of MY World curriculum content and maintaining of high curriculum assessments.
The Curriculum Specialist will work closely with Cluster Managers and Principal Mentor, Principals and Educators in reviewing and assessing internally and externally produced preschool curriculum framework and resources for effective implementation.
The Curriculum Specialist will maintain regular contact with ECDA/ MOE and other relevant agencies with regard to standards and other pertinent issues, disseminating information regarding relevant standards or policy changes.
The Principal ensures the leadership, management and delivery of quality curriculum and that the daily operations, financial, human resource and management of the centre are carried out effectively.
The Principal works closely with Cluster Managers, Development Manager, Senior Principals and Curriculum Specialists as a supervisory team to improve the overall quality of MY World child care service. The Principal plays a vital role in the coaching and mentoring of the centre’s staff in growing and developing their skills and competencies.
The Vice Principal shall be responsible for the effective and efficient operations of a child care centre in accordance with ECDA requirements and MY World’s goals and philosophy, and to work as a team to improve the overall quality of service and care of MY World.
The Vice Principal will demonstrate through knowledge of the rules and licensing standards involved in operating a child care centre as set by ECDA. Plans, set-up and evaluates the learning environment to meet the children’s developmental both as group and individual.
The Vice Principal will assist in planning, organizing and supervising of programmes, excursions, celebrations and outings, etc and leads the implementation of school initiatives and duties.
The Vice Principal will provide guidance and regular feedback to each staff on work performance and conduct. Mentoring and supervises new staff and arrangement of staff roster. Actively participates in staff meetings. Coordinates training and developments of teachers in the centre.
The Vice Principal establishes warm and personal contact between parents for the benefit of staffs and children. Regularly observes, assesses and compiles the development and progress of individual children into reports for parents. Ensures open and positive communication with parents through letters, newsletter, etc.
The Vice Principal will attend to enquiry and visits of potential child care parents, visitors, ECDA officers when Principal is not available. Actively support Company Services and other corporate and fund-raising projects.
The Educator(English/Chinese) conducts themselves in an ethical manner, upholding principles and practices of Early Childhood. They plan, prepare and conduct holistic activities that address all areas of a child’s development: social, emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual. Possessing positive values and character traits, they are a good role model for children.
The Educator(English/Chinese) take initiative to develop and sustain good teacher-parent relationship by maintaining close contact with parents on a regular basis. They work with individual children’s families to understand their expectations and involve them in setting goals for the children.
The Educarer(English/Chinese) plays an active role in providing care, guidance, developmental and positive experiences to children under her care. She assists the Educator in planning and implementing education programmes for children zero months to 18 months of age.
The Educarer(English/Chinese) is a role model to children who demonstrates and fosters positive attributes in children.
The Infant Educarer(English/Chinese) plans and carries out day-to-day developmental and care giving tasks for infants and toddlers aged 2 months to 3 years. She attends to the care-giving aspects of children in their health, hygiene and safety needs, and makes decisions and acts in the best interests of children with respect for their fundamental rights.
The Infant Educarer(English/Chinese) is a role model to children who demonstrates and fosters positive attributes in children.
The Teacher Assistant plays an active role in providing care, guidance, developmental and positive experiences to children under her care.
She will assist the Educator in planning and implementation of education programme for children from 18months to six years of age.
She is a role model to children, and believes in fostering positive attributes, explicitly and implicitly by example in the classroom.Essential functions
Assists Educator to monitor and supervise the chldren in the classroom, on field trips, at meal times, and other activities or may monitor the class when the Educator is otherwise occupied with parents.

The Administrative Assistant performs reception and administrative duties of the Childcare Centre,
has good knowledge on the enrolment requirements,
and to assist the Centre Principal in handling parents' enquiries.
The Cook is responsible in preparing all the meals for the children and staff of the Centre based on the approved menu from the Health Promotion Board requirements for healthy eating.
The Cook complies with ECDA’s hygiene requirements for food preparation and kitchen cleanliness, and ensures that the kitchen and dining areas are clean and well maintained at all times. When necessary, she helps in maintaining the cleanliness of other areas in the premise.
The Cleaner ensures the cleanliness of the whole Centre is kept up to standards at all times. She also assists the teachers in bathing and serving the children their When necessary, she helps in the cooking and maintaining of the kitchen.
